Sales Admin - Data Entry / Shipping

POSITION SUMMARY

IN-PERSON OFFICE REQUIRED. REMOTE WORK NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS ROLE.

The Sales Admin (SA) reports to the Director of Sales and supports the daily operations of the sales team, sales related activities, and office operations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Data Entry

• Manage and maintain client and sales data in our CRM.
• Enter client and order information, and create invoices into our accounting system.

Sales Operations

• Package and ship products out of our Denver office.
• Investigate and resolve order / sales data discrepancies.
• Facilitate daily sales orders, including ensuring accurate client information and order data for shipment.
• Respond to inbound client inquiries when possible, especially when the sales team is on the road.

Office Administration

• Ensure the office is orderly and clean each day.
• Perform weekly tasks as needed, such as checking the mail and watering the plants.
