The Role

Fresh Tape Media is in need of a highly competent Executive Personal Assistant to provide personal and business support for our CEO. This position will be responsible for organizing and managing schedules, answering emails, office maintenance, personal tasks as needed, and acting as the point of contact between him and clients. Additionally, you will serve as the lead on managing the day-to-day supplies and infrastructure of our office property. You will need to be extremely organized and driven in order to have a positive impact on helping us to continue growing a successful company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage CEO’s schedule
  • Create travel Itineraries
  • Assist with daily tasks/needs that arise at office and around Colorado
  • Provide personal and business support to CEO
  • Answer emails and requests/act as the point of contact between CEO and clients
  • Schedule calls and meetings for CEO
  • Keep up to date CEO’s schedule for office employees
  • Assist with any personal tasks as needed
  • Greet guests and direct to appropriate parties
  • Schedule vendors
  • File receipts and manage expense reports
  • Maintain inventory and office supplies, anticipate needed supplies
  • Transcribe calls for CEO
  • Oversee office infrastructure/security systems
  • Other tasks that may arise during the course of business operations
