ROCKETSHIP OPPORTUNITY

We know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking and then investing in future friends and colleagues who want to get on this rocket ship with us. You will help us find and screen potential customers who can benefit from our products and services. Though we are looking for talented team members, we will still want you to grow with us, meaning we will partner with you and coach you into an ‘A Player’ SDR and then an ‘A Player’ Account Executive. We want you to be successful. As you will be our first line of communication with prospects, it would be great if you had an understanding of the sales process (not critical), you should be curious and excel at research and like starting new conversations. BigSpring SDRs are quick learners with strong communication skills, and a compelling way of positioning ideas.. Every potential conversation you have here is an opportunity for you to boost your growth and affect our top line revenue, customer acquisition levels, and profitability. In this role you’ll:

  • Engage and evaluate outbound pursuits with precise messaging and qualification.
  • Make a high volume of strategic outbound calls and emails daily to targeted leads.
  • Research & track target companies to understand how BigSpring’s solutions can add value to their organization.
  • Develop, test and iterate messaging across multiple industries and personas.
  • Codify and contribute learnings and best practices to the Outbound process.
  • Use a data driven approach to identify success and focus on optimizing conversion rates which will move the needle.
  • Track, report, and maintain prospects within CRM database to maximize productivity.
  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity & KPI quota

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Utilize HubSpot, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
  • Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • A fun spirit with a positive attitude and a desire to win
  • 1+ years of work experience;
  • Inbound or Outbound SDR experience at a technology company is a big plus.
  • You have the aptitude to quickly learn new technologies and industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone presence.
  • Consistent track record of top performance in prior roles.
  • Self starter with the hunger to be great.
  • Thrive in ambiguity and are able to create processes to drive productivity.
