Lead Experience Designer

Wylth® is looking for energetic and passionate Lead Experience Designer who will be working on the overall experience of the product under the guidance of the Chief Product Officer and the Head of Marketing. Roles and responsibilities include the following,

1. Own the overall experience of the product.
2. Collaborate with product management, design, engineering, and business to define and implement innovative solutions for the product, visuals, and experience.
3. Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
4. Create rich data visualizations for complex charts and graphs.
5. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex designs.
6. Present and defend designs and deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders.
7. Create and maintain a design system.
8. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

The ideal candidate should,

• have a design portfolio.
• have 7+ years of work experience as a visual designer or interaction designer.
• have a good attitude and not be afraid of failure.
• be willing to learn and implement motion and micro-interactions in the product.
• have excellent communication skills and be able to defend design decisions.
• be willing to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
• have attention to detail and the drive for innovation.
• be aware of agile, and lean methodologies.
• have a design degree though self-learnt designers are welcome as well.
