Description
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the product team. The designer's key responsibility would be to collaborate within the product team (including founders) and translate business requirements into flawless interactions within the product. This requires you to understand customer needs, the business objectives, and also product strategic direction.
In this role, you will also be required to collaborate with customer-facing teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success (get on calls with customers if needed), understand product pain points, requirements, and develop innovative experiences address any pain points.
You will also be involved in the continuous evolution of the Insent brand, its assets, and relevant collaterals on the website.
We love people who love details. You're the right fit if you lose your sleep because you saw a padding misalignment in the product.
Role Title
At Insent, we don’t get too picky over job titles. You can even use "Experience craftsman of Insent." We would suggest you choose something catchy and funky. 😉
Job Location
We expect you to work out of our India office in Chennai (if you are in India) and alongside our team (post-COVID). In occasional cases, we can consider remote.
Expected Experience
- 4+ years of experience creating mind-blowing user interfaces and design experiences.
- Strong sense of quality and clean UX and a keen eye for details.
- Experience in converting PRDs to final UI designs and presenting them with the relevant specs.
- Experience with the relevant tools for design, preferably Figma.
- Proficient in communicating with the stakeholders without lapse
- Should have the motivation and confidence to take ownership of the work, lead, and grow the design team of Insent.
We don’t expect you to have all these skills. But, if you have most of the experience and are smart and eager to learn the rest, we are happy to have you.
Expected Responsibilities
- Own the design pipeline and deliver quality UI/UX promptly
- Work with the product team to evaluate and solve complex UX problems
- Make creative recommendations to improve the user experience and design
- Continuously assess the user experience to be of a world-class product and take relevant actions to keep in line to this thought process
- Communicate the design to the tech team with applicable specifications required for implementation.
- Coordinate with the product and tech team to maintain the quality top-notch and be bullish about quality
