In this role you'll be equipped to:

As the Marketing Operations Manager you will ensure all martech management and revenue driving activities are measured and tracked, properly and efficiently. You will help make sure our data is accurate and understandable, campaigns are built and segmented properly, data is clean, our tech stack is aligned and operational, and marketing delivers insight to continually improve results and growth. You’d be taking complete ownership of the MarTech tools & analytics across the marketing function. This position reports to the Head of Performance Marketing with a dotted line to RevOpps which requires extensive collaboration with the leadership, marketing and sales teams.

In this role you will be equipped to:

  • Collaborate with the Revenue Operations (RevOpps) and the Growth Marketing team to build and scale our marketing operations & insights function, creating the right marketing operations framework, automation, and reporting to accelerate our growth and build pipeline
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance to constantly improve overall program effectiveness and increase the impact of marketing on revenue
  • Work in collaboration with RevOpps to ensure that data is transferring and reporting accurately across marketing and sales platforms
  • Develop reports that help the marketing team analyze key KPIs such as channel performance and effectiveness, campaign performance and contribution to pipeline and other key conversion metrics
  • Assist with building an attribution model for the marketing organization to help define marketing impact on the growth of the company
  • Implement and monitor the right marketing tools for automation and scale that support sales to reach revenue goals and exceed company targets
  • Support revenue marketing teams with developing and maintaining a high-quality database, segmentation criteria and lists and managing the data flow between HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Manage and measure the whole inbound lead process including lead acquisition, lead processing, lead scoring, funnel and pipeline measurement
  • Improve Automated routing refinement to support our growing teams and new lead flowsRegularly inform stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps/Finance of insights on marketing performance to ensure cross functional alignment on the best possible data-driven marketing strategy
  • Own the design and execution of sequences, segmentation and personalization for campaigns alongside marketing team leads

Requirements

You have:

  • 5+ years of experience including in a Marketing Ops role or similar
  • Strong communication skills, including fluent in English
  • Must have HubSpot and SalesForce experience
  • Direct experience in enterprise software industry and SaaS
  • Understand what B2B demand generation marketing is, its processes and strategies to build pipeline
  • Working knowledge of all digital advertising platforms
  • Enjoys working in cross-collaborative teams with a strong sense of curiosity, proactiveness and capacity to both learn from and teach others.

Bonus Experience:

  • Cybersecurity industry experience a plus
  • Ideally, experience with other Martech tools such as Salesoft, Drift, ABM software
