Technical Lead Full-Stack (m/f/d)

Loudly is an AI music-tech company based in Berlin with a mission to become the #1 Music Engine for the Creator Economy! We have just launched ‘Soundtracks’ - a revolutionary new music service aimed at Video Creators around the world.

Your mission

We are now looking for an exceptional Technical Leader with a fresh perspective to join our 8-person developer team for Loudly Soundtracks. As the firm's Technical Lead, you will be responsible for reviewing the architecture, identifying amazing solutions, strategizing, and still doing hands-on coding. Your ability to collaborate with others and motivate the developer team to succeed is essential. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with UX design, content, and marketing to create value for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Defining the product requirements together with the product team
• Analyzing and refining the current architecture
• Acting as a servant leader
• Motivating the team and leading by example
• Working with the team hands-on and expand the knowledge of your team members
• Delivering presentations and take part in meetings with key stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a developer
• Solid understanding of best practices and design patterns
• Thorough knowledge of typescript and node.js is required
• PHP experience is preferred, GO would be a plus.
• Knowledge of audio and video (specifically ffmpeg) a big plus
• Preferably worked with the material-ui library
• Hands-on approach to coding new features and refactoring existing code
• Extensive expertise with responsive designs
• Educate team members on best practices for integrating automated testing
• Team leadership experience is a bonus
