As a Senior Support Engineer at Branch, you will triage and escalate issues to other team members as necessary to ensure that we take care of every partner. As part of the Customer Success and Post Sales organization, you will work with partners using Branch services to achieve mobile growth. You will be an SME on Ad tech. and Mobile attribution assisting customers to derive the most value of Branch products.
The best candidate will be those who have experience working with customers, and have technical backgrounds from a variety of different fields including Android/iOS app development, ad-tech and attribution, understand their wants and needs, and find ways Branch can be the answer to their problems.
As a Senior Support Engineer, you’ll get to:
- Provide technical assistance to developers and marketers who use the Branch SDK and attribution solutions.
- Be the technical resource and an SME to pre and post sales teams.
- Manage bug queue to ensure issues are followed up on and resolved.
- Accomplish miscellaneous engineering projects to push our business forward.
You’ll be a good fit if you have:
- B.E / B.Tech or an equivalent degree in Engineering.
- 6+ year of experience in software development or Ad-tech. preferably in a client-facing role or can demonstrate experience in end to end development of a mobile app.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer focus & multi-tasking skills.
