Software Engineer, Full Stack

Job description
Join our tight-knit early-stage distributed team that thrives on interesting technical challenges and building magical products that improve peoples' lives. As an early engineer on the team, you will work on scaling our backend systems and directly own top-level product and engineering objectives.

• You'll help scale Rezi as a best-in-class resume experience for our thousands of users
• You'll work with the team to build new product features, focusing on the backend
• You'll improve the performance and reliability of our backend and infrastructure, like our databases and the system that synchronizes user edits
• You'll work with our security team to build improvements that help keep Rezi secure

Requirements

• You have experience working with cloud infrastructure
• You're proficient with any part of our technology stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js, Google Cloud Platform
• You have experience scaling production software to support rapid growth, or you're motivated and excited to learn
• You think critically about the implications of what you're building, and how it shapes real people's lives
• You communicate nuanced ideas clearly, whether you're explaining technical decisions in writing or brainstorming in real time
