Marketing Graphic Design

Orenda is a full service promotional marketing company that focuses on custom apparel, promotional products, print production, custom packaging, signage and displays. Orenda is looking for a marketing graphic designer. Primary function will be to help clients with graphic design needs. Secondary functions include company marketing and website help. Room to grow and expand with a small company. No benefits provided.

Responsibilities:

Learn our unique business, the brand, and industry.
Produce photography, graphics, images and text content for social media and marketing campaigns.
Prepare digital proofs for client orders. Includes all products that Orenda sells.
Maintain and update company website.
Create graphics and content for blog posts.
Build towards full branding packages for clients. Includes complete logo design and branding guidelines.
Curate all digital content generated.
Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Degree or certification in graphic design, art or similar discipline.
Demonstrated “eye for details.”
Capable of generating artistic content.
Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) - knowledge in the fundamentals of print design and production.
Foundational understanding of branding, identity design, graphics.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Work within given creative specifications in a fast paced environment, seeking ways to improve processes and quality of output.
Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.
Excellent written and visual communication skills.
Willing to learn and grow.
