Job Description:
We’re solving challenging problems daily as we scale the business and implement blockchain/web3 technologies to our customers’ web2 platforms. We are looking for a strong Head of Sales with a focus on Sports and Hospitality Marketing to help manage and build out our enterprise clients.
Salary will be competitive with stock options.
What you need for the job:
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum 8 years experience in a client-facing role.
Enterprise sales experience required with preference towards experience in Sports and Hospitality.
Strong technical skills, research and analytical skills, and data entry skills.
Prospecting, relationship-building, negotiating, closing, and relationship management skills.
Creative, strategic, problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain clearly, listen to the feedback of clients, and relay this to colleagues.
Customer-focused and passion for customer development.
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
Proficient use of MS Word, PPT, Excel.
Some travel may be necessary.
What you’ll do:
Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; preparing sales and marketing materials;
Build rapport with prospects, providing technical information and explanations; organizing and coordinating sales visits; attending and presenting at events and conferences; preparing proposals.
Track, review and communicate sales performance to executive team.
Give demonstrations, training and presentations to help clients discover and understand products/services.
Develop strategies for the improvement, development and customization of products and services to serve customers/clients/partners.
Update weekly sales forecasts and maintain an active pipeline of net new deals.
Perform other duties as required and assigned.
