In 2023, we plan to expand through Product-led growth and are looking for the Product Manager who will successfully lead our initiative to bring our a freemium/free trial to market. This highly cross-functional role will work with Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Engineering to understand what drives clients to try out a new product, and ultimately, upgrade.

Through “get out of the building” discovery, you will know our clients - their pain points, what makes them tick and what delights them. You’ll channel their voice to create a product that they love and therefore, increase the # of leads, maximize time to value for our clients, fueling Signposts growth. Partnering with our dedicated Engineering team, you will execute A/B tests and analyze data to determine next steps, and then working closely with Marketing, you’ll understand how best to drive leads and what resonates.

Working in an Agile environment, your solutions will be iterative and build upon themselves as more information is gathered. As a relentless learner, your curiosity will uncover improved solutions for this new “Modern receptionist” category, which you will own - from ideation through execution - on the team’s roadmap across our mobile and webapp experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer and solution discovery to increase the # of free trialists/Freemium users of Signpost.
  • Through robust testing and data analysis, reach and exceed business growth metrics while delivering a product that our customers love.
  • Map out the customer journey and reduce friction.
  • Strategically prioritize new product and existing, key-account product initiatives.
  • Understand and break down problems for our customers through user research, running experiments with prototypes, prioritizing what to build next by evaluating tradeoffs, and executing on the roadmap that contributes to the company’s goals and vision.
  • Work cross-functionally to communicate, motivate and achieve results.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, product marketing and analytics teams to make smart decisions that deliver for our customers.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of a kanban team in partnership with an Engineering Manager via A/B test, specs, figma prototypes, epics, and tickets.
  • Learn and adjust frequently to meet goals.
  • Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses.

Required background:

  • 4+ years’ experience with Product Management to include demonstrated success with a consumer facing product - including mobile and web.
  • 2+ years in a Product-Led Growth company.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex business problems and find the solutions that our customers will love that fit within the confines of the business.
  • Superior communication skills: you communicate clearly and concisely and can tailor your message to your audience – translating between technical details, customer problems, and business impact of the team’s work.
  • Highly analytical with experience with A/B testing. Able to ask the right questions, interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and formulate effective action plans to resolve issues.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Strong ability to collaborate across functions and levels, seamlessly managing the priorities of multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Jira, HEAP, Pendo
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field.

About our hiring:

This is a full-time position starting at $110,000 (dependent on experience)
