At Prialto, our focus is on providing admin support to busy executives and businesses, amplifying their professional and personal success as well as our own. When you join Prialto, you’re joining an exciting global team with offices in Portland, Guatemala, the Philippines, and Kenya.

We are looking for Outbound Sales Development Representatives who are eager to grow their career and their compensation. In this role, you will work closely with sales leadership to shape and develop our target market for going up-market. You will be responsible for building our customer pipeline and fueling our growth into strategic accounts, selling a service that 35% of surveyed executives reported using in 2023.

What You'll Be Doing

We are experts in remote collaboration. It’s just another day at the office for us to be working with a team member in the Philippines or Guatemala to deliver great service to our Prialto members around the world. We’re a committed group of professionals building a unique client services culture and we are looking to grow our team in Portland. Our team works from our sparkling new downtown Portland office. Here you will:

  • Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
  • Schedule appointments with qualified prospects
  • Prospect for new business using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Rollworks
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams on sales and marketing strategy
  • Discover, improve and execute new approaches to reach our audience, including events and shows, campaigns, referrals, collateral, and case studies
  • Act as a self-starter while leveraging cross-functional collaboration wherever appropriate
  • Employ a consultative approach in assessing client’s needs and developing an understanding of the challenges faced by their business
  • Be empowered to make process improvements as you find opportunities for them

What We'd Love to See You Have

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way. You will need to interact with senior clients, understand their needs and drive toward a solution
  • Process-oriented mindset, figuring out what works and capitalizing on it by adding new details to future opportunities
  • Demonstrated success with a distributed team
  • Ownership mindset demonstrating drive, initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency
  • Salesforce and HubSpot experience
  • Able to thrive in a small team with a highly dynamic work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to executio
  • Dynamic, high-energy, sense of urgency, and ambition
