The Operations Executive's responsibilities include ensuring service delivery, formulating operational strategies, and ensuring smooth service delivery & providing support to the relevant stakeholders. A successful Operations Executive should be highly organized and have a versatile skill set to support a variety of different business functions with a diverse range of tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Performing administrative duties including contacting, interviewing and selecting potential Housy Verified Partners etc.
• Ensuring that the company standards & policies are being followed by the Partners on duty.
• Assisting human resources with recruitment activities and creating work schedules.
• Develop growth strategies that focus on Operational stability and ensuring customer service delivery.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to our customers.
• Building long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
• Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
• Manage employee schedules and rosters including the processing of leave and sick time
• Tracking daily operations and reporting or resolving issues.
• Maintaining company databases.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree/ Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business is preferred
• Experience in a professional business environment
• Strong analytical, leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
