The Role

*Marketing Operations *

Exciting opportunity to help develop and drive the marketing automation platform for an emerging Account Based Marketing agency that is delivering something completely different from other agencies. We target mid-size B2B technology firms who want to develop a strategic accounts program and land large customers. You will be under the direction of two industry experts who have spent 30+ successful years in sales and marketing. This critical role will help build the foundational marketing automation platform and processes.

*Responsibilities *

  • Develop and execute automated lifecycle marketing journeys and one-off campaigns across all CRM channels (including email, landing pages, social) for several customers of the agency
  • Partner with account managers to leverage customer interaction touch points and infuse meaningful, personalized content
  • Continual management and upkeep of marketing automation tools, including contact, list, and workflow management
  • Design, help build, and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and analyses to enable our team to leverage marketing reports and insights.
  • Own the process of managing the operations that govern all marketing data and how it is captured for reporting. This includes dashboards; and optimizing analytics for each stage of the marketing funnel, to deliver clear views of marketing metrics by segment and channel
  • Ensure proper attribution for marketing leads (first touch) and work to reallocate lead source as needed.

*Qualifications: *

  • 3+ years of relevant B2B SaaS marketing operations or highly relevant marketing experience
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Marketing automation experience (SharpSpring, Hubspot, HighLevel, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience in applying marketing technology to improve execution and contribute to customer growth
  • Clear communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Stellar project management skills and experience managing creation of creative assets
  • Confident and comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization and with customers
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting on customer engagement metrics
  • Account based marketing and agency experience strongly preferred

Position is contract to hire
