Marketing Co-Founder/CMO

Juvinait is looking for a Marketing Co-Founder/CMO that wants to help revolutionize the job search industry.

At Juvinait, we are building a fun and interactive SaaS product for the job search market, which is a $13B industry in the US alone. Though evergreen, the job search industry's current process is archaic and does not enable the employer or candidate to get a true sense of who the person or company is. People are more than just a piece of paper and a conversation - we are all humans with thought processes, likes, dislikes, environment preferences, and so much more - none of which can be gathered by the current process. On the employer side, turnover is expensive, time-consuming, and slows down progress from within. The only current solutions are post-hire internal workshops, resources, etc in an attempt to apply a bandaid solution to a larger problem of imperfect job-candidate hires.

Together with the CEO, you will help build the company from the ground up, ideating, developing, and implementing marketing and growth tools.

Anyone with a background in marketing (B2B/B2C) and related fields is invited to reach out. We are looking for someone that is entreprenurial-minded, hard working, challenge-driven, and intensely optimistic. They believe that the only way to truly fail is to just flat out not try, and anything along the way are just missteps and learning experiences towards acheiving the end goal.
