Digital Content Manager Intern

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Content Manager to join our team for a six-month contract. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our social media strategy, managing blog postings, and coordinating our monthly newsletters. This position is ideal for someone who excels in digital content creation and distribution, and is adept at working within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management (Approx. 1hr 15min weekly):
● Collaborate with the CEO and Creative Liaison to develop and implement a
comprehensive social media strategy.
● Manage and schedule regular posts on various social media platforms.
● Monitor social media trends and engagement, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Blog Posting (Approx. 30 min weekly):
● Coordinate with content writers to receive and review blog articles.
● Ensure blog posts are formatted correctly and published in a timely manner.
● Update website content as needed.

Newsletter Coordination (Approx. 45min to 1hr monthly):
● Design and send out monthly newsletters and other announcements.
● Manage subscriber lists and email campaigns.
● Track engagement metrics and report on newsletter performance.

Content Creation:
● Time commitment varies based on the agreed-upon strategy.
● Create engaging multimedia content as per the strategy requirements.
● Stay updated with current industry trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
