Finance Manager (Berlin)

Your Role

We are hiring a Finance Manager for our office in Berlin, Germany, to own the Finance function and support in HR and Legal.

Your responsibilities

• Controlling. Analyze how cash enters and leaves the company in detail for our entities in Germany and Portugal. Build budgets and financial models for planning. Identify opportunities in cash flow and working with internal stakeholders to manage cost.
• Accounting. Manage payments, receipts, expenses. Prepare monthly accounting and manage the interface with our tax advisors in Germany and Portugal.
• Reporting. Produce regular financial and KPI reports for management and investors.
• HR. Execute payroll and HR admin, incl. correspondence with all stakeholders, for our Berlin team.
• Legal and funding. Support Founders with legal projects and funding-related documents.

About you

• You have 3 or more years of experience in a similar role.
• You love productivity software & spreadsheets.
• You are hands-on and resourceful.
• You have a great analytical mind and a keen eye for detail.
• You have a solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• You have working knowledge of legislation and regulations in Germany.
• You have a strong command of the English and German languages.
• Having experience in audit or accounting is a big plus.

• Expected Annual Gross Salary: 50.000-65.000€
