Broody is a business incubator and accelerator and part of the Mother family.
We are a small team working, with 10 different start ups, primarily focussed on consumer products.
We help entrepreneurs launch their brand and business.

The Role
This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the operations team within Broody and help grow the businesses within the Broody incubator. You will have 2 key responsibilities:
Day to day management and running of Broody Fulfils, our operations hub.
Management of one of our in-house Broody brands, Yolky Games, to grow the brand and the business
We need a smart, talented, practical and entrepreneurial thinker, who can meet daily deadlines and organise a growing team to work efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Day to day management of our operations hub, Broody Fulfils, and team.
Leading and engaging with the operations team to ensure all DTC orders are fulfilled correctly and on time across the four different brands - Nursem, Nuud, Tooth.eco & Yolky Games.
Daily usage of our key operations softwares, ensuring that communication with all stakeholders is upheld throughout.
Setting direction and planning to keep all members of the team fully aware of all activities with the wider business and clients.
Participating in yearly budget preparation and monthly KPI analysis, ensuring KPIs are met and reports are completed in a timely manner.
Driving growth within Yolky Games, researching and identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers and NPD.
Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities.
Building out a short/medium and long term sales plan for the growth of the business in accordance with targets.
Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, delegating tasks that achieve strategic goals.
Assist in the demand and supply planning of the business on a monthly basis.
Skills & Experience
These are the skills that you will develop as part of the role. You do not necessarily need the experience to date but the aptitude.
Managing staff with the ability to organise, motivate and develop.
Streamlining of supply chain/product journey and increasing efficiencies in a high-growth environment.
Knowledge of using operational software: Click & Drop and Unleashed
Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
Strong management, organisational and numerical skills.
Entrepreneurial and resourceful.

Salary £24-27k based on experience

Based in Chiswick, W4 3HR, 5 days a week with monthly meetings in our head office, Shoreditch.
