Clients access the service through an app interface. Every hour that solicitors spend on client cases are charged out - allowing the service to offer lower fees to businesses while offering superior results through technology. The business is founded by a successful serial entrepreneur who sold his previous company to one of the world’s largest companies. Eagle has been described as “Uber for legal advice”.

The Role

We’re looking for a part-time, tech-savvy commercial solicitor who can work remotely from anywhere they like with flexible hours.

The role will be to help customers with anything from commercial and contractual law to corporate, employment, business disputes, data protection, intellectual property and employee incentive arrangements.

This opportunity is suited to solicitors of 4-8 years PQE with wide ranging commercial technology, digital media and IT experience from an in-house or private practice background.

No client following is required. We care about experience, expertise and commitment to our clients. Plain English commercial advice and strong negotiation and drafting skills are a must.
