JOB OVERVIEW
This role will be the front of the company and have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy with strong desire to innovate and grow the business.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
- Ensuring of hitting KPIs given
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Have minimum of 4-5 years experience in sales role
- Experience in B2B sales
- Strong desire to innovate and find new ways to grow the business
- Exceeds volume & quality targets while working independently
- Strong sense of clients management and teamwork spirit
- Excellent interpersonal, counselling, and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation skills
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage and allocate budgets
- Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple campaigns/projects at the same time
- Has to possess leadership qualities and be a team player
- An excellent command of the English and other pertinent languages in your country, both written and oral in order to effectively communicate with work colleagues, customers and business partners
