The RoleThe Product Marketing Director is responsible for developing and implementing marketing programs to promote and sell AirDNA’s B2C solutions, including MarketMinder and Rentalizer. They will identify new opportunities within the marketplace and generate innovative ideas that contribute to positioning AirDNA as a distinctive brand, driving long-term revenue growth, and customer loyalty.

Here's what you'll get to do:

  • Defining and leading the marketing strategy for B2C products, including MarketMinder and Rentalizer.
  • Creating the core customer-facing messaging and assets for our B2C products, with a focus on telling stories that challenge, inspire, engage and drive action.
  • Developing and owning content creation for AirDNA’s website, marketing collateral (i.e. datasheets, brochures, whitepapers, presentations, and case studies), sales enablement, partner engagement, and more.
  • Deeply understanding our customer needs and ensuring we have the core marketing insights and guidance to empower our sales and customer success teams.
  • Building a strategic channel roadmap that delivers against our business needs and aligns to key content/product releases/industry seasonality.
  • Working cross-functionally with product, sales, creative, demand generation, and PR teams to deliver consistently high caliber customer-facing and internal materials.
  • Partnering with outside vendors and experts to test new approaches; constantly optimizing channels and content to drive better results.
  • Reporting on campaign effectiveness and marketing impact to the executive team. Responsible for hiring, managing, and retaining a team of outside vendors and in-house resources to achieve marketing goals.

Here's what you'll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related and/or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in different marketing functions; ideally including product marketing, demand generation, email marketing, strategy, and planning
  • Adept at using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Skilled in researching and identifying customer insights, market opportunities, and competitor threats to form well-thought-out execution plans As a Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate will be able to: - Encourage their team to disrupt, improve and evolve ways of working when necessary.
  • Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create or increase relevance for AirDNA solutions.
  • Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments.
  • Create an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.
  • Influence and facilitate the creation of long-term relationships which add value to the company.
  • Uphold the company's code of ethics and business conduct.

Nice to haves:

  • Travel, hospitality, or short-term-rental industry experience.
  • Experience in influencer and affiliate marketing
  • Happy: Positive attitude, someone who is always willing to find a way to make it work.
  • Hungry: Always looking for creative ways to overcome barriers, especially when short on time or resources; is ready to get scrappy and hands-on when needed
  • Learn-it-all vs. know it all: Ensures they are up to speed on best practices and new innovations in the industry

Job Perks

  • Competitive cash compensation and benefits, the salary for this position is minimum of $90,000 per year.
  • Colorado Salary Statement: The salary range displayed in specifically for those potential hired who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for this role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
