The RoleAs an integral leader of a core marketing function, the Director of Growth Marketing will report to the VP of Marketing. Their primary mission is to drive efficient revenue growth across both B2B and B2C business lines through owned, earned, and paid channels. This role calls for someone who can be both a player and a coach with deep experience researching, planning, and executing multichannel demand generation programs. This leader will need to build frameworks, processes, and work closely with the VP of Marketing to manage a team of top performers while evolving the department capabilities from traction to scalable growth.

Here's what you'll get to do:

  • Develop and begin execution of a long-term strategic roadmap for all revenue growth programs and campaigns
  • Maintain, nurture and optimize our existing efforts in PPC, SEM, SEO, and influencer partnerships
  • Move the team and company towards new best practices and scaling up our demand generation and revenue growth capabilities
  • Work with the VP of Marketing to identify the right investments in talent and tooling to take demand generation to the next level
  • Coach and develop team members and direct reports; motivate and inspire them to do their best work, and invest in their professional development
  • Establishing consistent KPIs and reporting cadence to make course corrections in a timely mannerIdentifying the best attribution model through HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other tools
  • Providing insights and recommendations to optimize our strategy across creative, messaging, campaigns, and channels

Here's what you'll need to be successful:

  • Demonstrated expertise in the areas of campaign strategy, management, and analytics
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing
  • A proven track record managing search engine optimization; SEM; paid social media; digital advertising (programmatic and endemic); content syndication, and content marketing
  • Experience creating budgets, forecasting results and establishing KPIs for programs

Here's what you can expect from us:

  • Competitive cash compensation and benefits, the salary for this position is minimum of $140,000 per year.
