Key Responsibilities:
Well versed with generating leads by bidding on platforms like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, People per Hour, etc.
Experience in generating leads through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Social networking
The candidate should have proficiency in understanding Client requirements & handling an initial conversation with the Client.
The candidate should have proficiency in managing the Sales Cycle, Lead Pipeline, and closing project with the help of a Senior Team member.
The candidate should be able to formulate Sales strategy with the Senior Team Lead and implement the same to generate leads & business.
Ability to communicate with the Client & team members in the English language.
Ability to learn various aspects related to the Information & Technology Service Industry and implement it accordingly.
Ability to manage a friendly & productive environment with Business Analysts, Technical Team, Project Managers.
Required Skills & Competencies:
M.B.A or Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Marketing required
Exceptional communication skills- both written and verbal.
