CPO/Co-Founder AI No Code Platform

What You Will Do

• Build the venture, team-up with your co-founder to guide and influence the company’s vision, values, strategy and operating philosophy that will make it the next AI unicorn.
• Align product development with the company’s business strategy and customer needs: driving product vision; developing a product strategy; managing cross-functional teams of product managers, UX/UI designers, analytics and marketing; conduct continuous customer research and product analysis; ideating with the UX/UI team; etc - you know what being a co-founder of an early stage startup means.
• Build a stellar team: You will recruit, guide, inspire and scale the product, UX/UI and solution architects team that will research, develop and maintain a top-notch AI No Code platform and state of the art AI applications. You will strive to always maintain the highest talent density as possible, as well as making sure we have the perfect working environment to make them flourish and grow within and beyond their roles.

*What We’re Looking For *

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset: You can thrive in uncertain environments, you embrace the startup culture, are a “doer”, aspirational and resourceful.
• You are an expert in Machine Learning, Data Science or similar field and have +3 years of experience building and launching AI applications for enterprises or SMBs
• You have the passion for building products and processes from scratch
• You have the ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions
• You are a leader, with previous working experience managing product teams as a CPO or a key product role in a startup or a large enterprise.
• You get things done, and deliver high-quality work on a tight schedule by taking measured risks, and prioritizing tasks for yourself and the team.
• People want to work with you: you are a servant leader, proactive communicator, good teacher/mentor/coach, able to empathize with people from different backgrounds and personality traits, and keep calm under pressure.
