Project Manager for General Contractor - Chicago

Quality Builders is looking for a project manager (future executive) with an entrepreneurial mindset to help us scale our early-stage technology-focused General Contracting start-up across the US.

We are looking for a new teammate to lead the day to day operations of our Projects. While we have listed some typical duties below, being that we are a start-up, the possibilities of your future are limitless.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Subcontractor coordination
Ordering material
Conducting initial walkthroughs
Project site visits
Updating construction schedules
Submitting daily reports
Reconciling project invoices

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods and terminology
Ability to follow through on tasks to completion, and ask questions when necessary
Keen attention to detail
Ability to recognize and solve problems
High degree of competence in verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Google suite and open to learning new softwares
Possession of a valid Driver’s License and vehicle
Spanish fluency would be a plus
