We are looking for a talented, tech-oriented and experienced sales development rep to join Cloudinary’s growing SDR Team! As the Growth Team continues to expand, we are looking for someone to own and build inbound and outbound pipelines while leveraging best practices. This position has strong growth potential as we continue to grow the sales org. If you are personally career driven and have a track record of success this could be the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Internalize the Mission, Vision, and Values of Cloudinary
- Support the AE Team by building a pipeline of new qualified meetings
- Meet with each assigned AE weekly and prioritize key accounts and opportunities to target each week
- Work the SDR motions and continue to A/B test messaging to find and increase conversion rates
- Collaborate with Marketing and other business partners on new campaigns
- Collaborate with CSMs on account history, customer adoption and consumption, and existing use cases and potential other use cases
- Master product and use case(s) to help drive expansion and growth within existing customer base
- Have a deeper understanding of the current customer business and how Cloudinary can help to expand their footprint
About you:
- 1+ Years of overall experience and at least 1 year in B2B software sales is required
- Experienced in cold calling, scheduling meetings and managing a pool of prospects to follow-up
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English (additional languages is a plus)
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and quota
- Experience with working with SalesForce.com or another CRM- an advantage
- High energy, positive attitude
- Strong desire to be in technology sales
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and efficient at time management
