Growth Marketer

Q for Quinn is looking for a growth marketer with the goal of becoming CMO to the company.

The candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing a growth strategy for the business.
The candidate will work closely with the founder and CEO to create and execute strategies across all areas of the marketing funnel from new customer acquisition to retention.
Specific areas of focus will be "longer term" channels: content marketing, SEO, SMS and email marketing, affiliate / influencer marketing and brand partnerships.

Candidate with also work with our paid advertising agency and freelancers to provide guidance and oversee execution of our overall marketing strategy.

Skills and Experience required:

• Strong analytical skills - ability to analyse and synthesize data to inform path forward.
• Creative thinking - come up with creative marketing campaigns and ways to reach our target audience.
• Strong copywriting skills - strong language and copywriting skills to create compelling copy to convert our audience.
• Experience and knowlegde of SEO, email, SMS marketing, conversion copywriting.
• Strong knowledige of paid advertising.
• An eye for design
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast paced, evolving environment.
