The Role

Amika is a Quebec company offering home care across the province of Quebec. Every week, we enable hundreds of seniors and adults with disabilities to stay in their homes safely.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Schedule Planner will assume the following responsibilities:

  • Plan the schedules of the caregivers under your responsibility, taking into account logistical, operational and human constraints
  • Review and respond to service requests from our various clients (demand management)
  • Analyze and communicate additional staffing needs to the recruitment team (supply management)
  • Participate in the integration of new caregivers and clients
  • Collaborate with all members of the operations team to ensure the quality of home care services
