Business Development Executive

A Business Analyst/Development will work in a hybrid role that will bridge the gap between the business and development teams. You will work to specify requirements and functionality with the business team. You are responsible for working with Client Services to discover and understand business needs and translate them into system requirements. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes and procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver an engaging presentation
Researching on new data elements and sources to augment product and business needs
Understand the business needs, Breaking down the requirements, and coordinate project status across various clients in multiple time zones
Prepare a presentation for technical evaluation, emerging trends, and project deliverables
Experience in managing client On-boarding
Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects
Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize business and information needs.
Create Proposal & requirements specification document by gathering requirements from the business group.
Eligibility Criteria

2 years of prior experience as a business analyst or business Development
Ability to independently drive initiatives based on analysis across multiple teams
Must be a Computer Science or MBA candidate.
Experience in working for/with customer-facing
Strong analytical skills
Strong Team Player, excellent business partnering skills, positive attitude, and a good work ethic.
Fair knowledge and understanding of technology concepts, including the ability to adapt quickly.
Ability to organize and track tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes.
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Females (Preferred).

Preferred
Previous experience working with clients is an added plus.
Negotiation and customer management skills.
Good technical and business writing skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
