to work remote or from our R&D labs at Halle/Leipzig area in Germany.

Job Description

As a senior software developer or software architect you are responsible for the further development and conception of the company's own software products. We are not only looking for an expert coder, at this level we also expect design contributions.
Become an expert in our product software architecture and development environment to work on new product functionalities and features. As contact for our pre-sales and support teams you are evaluating customer requests, analyzing use cases and estimating development efforts.

Apart from enhancing our product performance every day, you widen your general view on various software technologies and design solutions and help investigate new technologies for Versasec.

Key Qualifications

• Profound coding and design experience in C++ and/or C# on the MS Windows platform (a minimum of five years experience)
• A strong affinity for IT-security and smart card / PKI matters
• Solid technical background in Windows enterprise Environment (AD, CA), software design and testing principles
• Good abstraction capabilities and a strong sense for design patterns and clean code
• Minimum basic experiences with common database systems like Microsoft SQLServer and MySQL/MariaDB
• Experience and knowledge in the area of OO SW development
• Experience in MS-Visual Studio
• Your creativity helps you to always find the optimal solution in complex and technically demanding environments.
• And as you will work in an international, multi-cultural team, you have a strong English language proficiency. We guarantee you will enhance your language skills very quickly!
