Test Infrastructure Engineer (Software / PKI)

To increase the quality, efficiency, and reliability of our renowned software products we are hiring an experienced

TEST INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER (m/f/d)

for a permanent, full-time position in Germany. The role can be remote, but during training you will be expected to travel to our R&D offices in Merseburg (Halle/Leipzig area).

Job Description:

In this cross-company-reaching, exciting role you will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining a holistic, scalable test infrastructure to enable a culture of quality within our whole organization. Ultimately we believe this will help us deliver a better product to our customers and enable us to move even faster in developing our products. The role includes:

• to design and establish a new CI and CD system from scratch to replace our current solution
• to develop and maintain a test scenario framework for automated and manual tests including infrastructure components (PKI, AD/LDAP, HSMs etc)
• to enhance our current bug tracking and reporting systems
• to collaborate closely with our support team to help incorporate customers' reports of usability/use cases into the standard test cycles

Key Qualifications:

• Strong Quality Engineering background with deep technical expertise including software development infrastructure, test automation, and testing frameworks operations with a focus on CI/CD-systems (5+ years of experience)
• Advanced scripting skills, good programming skills C++/C#
• Experience with GitLab and Visual Studio
• Experience or affinity in the field of PKI systems (Microsoft CA, AD) and HSMs are an advantage
• Excellent analytical, and organizational skills
• Very good English language proficiency
• Passionate about working and collaborating in an international, multicultural company environment
