The Role

Hi there,

First and foremost. please be advised:

  • To get a full overview of the project. you will need to return a signed NDA which will be provided when needed.
  • we will also need to discuss the payment arrangements, amounts, and your availability.

I am looking to put a team together to bring a concept I have in mind to reality.

The successful candidate will be heavily incentivized. All depending on the rollout of the games, the Growth of the Community, and the overall success of the Project in mind.

The timeframe for this project could be in as little as 4 months. You will be paid out over the course of the project depending on how fast the project grows. Whether or not deadlines are met and the overall operability of the project.

If you can complete all or more of what is required alone that is a bonus for you.
If you require a team to help meet deadlines etc that is also up to you. But when the project kicks off, it will be all hands on deck. Close to a full-time job.

Depending on the community and the overall success of the project. This opportunity may further expand.

Key Responsibilities
Build Brand Awareness
Design, develop, modify, implement content for a multitude of (10, +?) “MINI” games and features.
Lead and manage all brand marketing channels, including social media, co-ordinate events, PR, and other digital channels.
Develop and lead the implementation of integrated brand marketing campaigns across the service streams.
Lead the digital and experiential brand marketing process with a clear focus on engagement, relevance, brand affinity, and awareness, with a flow-on effect on traffic and conversion.
Measure, analyze and report on the outcomes of the marketing, media, and communication strategies and ensure they meet the agreed targets.
Supporting the Director – Marketing to achieve strategic and operational objectives.

Essential Criteria & Experience
Marketing degree, related qualification, or relevant experience in a similar role.
At least 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience across all facets of brand marketing.
Strong understanding of consumer psychology and behaviour, as well as brand building through storytelling.
Experience in leading strategy and execution in digital, social, and sponsorship channels.
High level of experience building a branded client experience
Possess strong influencing skills and be entrepreneurial by nature
Strong attention to detail and a highly organised team player
Articulate in both written and verbal communication
Demonstrated skill in project management, collaborating, and communicating with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders
Proactive, able to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines
Able to work comfortably in a highly collaborative environment and have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills?
Love what you do, are passionate about delivering, have empathy and compassion

In being successful in this role.
You will be allocated a certain amount of funds every time a game has been launched and successfully rolled out.
You will be in charge of the allocation towards you/r team and this will enable you to hire someone or more people to help you achieve what is required.
