Role: Finance & Accounts Executive
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role
Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate in Finance / Accounts
Compensation: Compensation ranging from ₹ 2.5 - 6 LPA

Responsible for a business’s money transactions, including income and expenses, a finance executive makes sure that their organization is profitable. They manage cash-flow statements, budgeting and tax planning. They also determine ways for the company to cut costs to maximize profits.

Objectives of this role:

Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, management and allied stakeholders.
Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
Prepare balance sheets & Bookkeeping
Process invoices and record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Update internal systems with financial data
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Reconcile bank statements
Participate in financial audits, further tax planning and allied activities.
Track bank deposits and payments and assist with budget preparation
Review and implement financial policies
Responsibilities:
Proven work experience as a Finance / Accounts Executive or similar role
Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
Experience using financial softwares
Advanced MS Excel skills
Knowledge of financial regulations
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Sharp time management skills
Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
Participate in Fundraising for CultureX
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Professional qualification as a CFA/CPA is considered a plus
