Operations & Accounts Manager

The ideal candidate is responsible for financial accounting and operations management
• Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
• Manage tax payments
• Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
• Perform month-end and year-end close processes
• Manage e-commerce logistics
• Manage Tally/ Quickbooks [for accounting], Shopify [for online sale]
• Planning and managing logistics, warehouse and transportation
• Manages warehouse operations by stock control and inventory management

Requirements:
• Accounting or finance degree.
• Previous experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Tally
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping competencies.
• Excellent mathematical skills.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to remain confidential.
Additional certification is a bonus
