Job Description

Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation and disburse the same.
Reconciles bank accounts/credit card/forex card by gathering and balancing information.
Manage petty cash and keep balance updated and reconcile with accounts.
Provides financial status information by preparing required MIS reports or specific projects.
Maintains general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable detail and control accounts; adjusting entries for amortizations prepaids; analyzing and reconciling retainage and accounts payable ledgers; preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals.
Prepare and submit banking and financial investment documents to comply with required guidelines and accomplish banking and investment related tasks.
Keep required financial documents available and handy by organising filling and scanning of all documents.
Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
