Sr. Product Designer

WHAT WE DO:

Atrium is an analytics platform that helps revenue leaders monitor their most important KPIs and delivers actionable insights on improving team performance. Atrium has more than two-hundred blue chip customers and is backed by Craft Ventures, First Round Capital, Bonfire Ventures, Charles River Ventures, and Bullpen Ventures.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We’re looking for a Product Designer to craft clear, intuitive experiences and data visualizations that enable our customers to make better data-informed decisions. We just raised our series A to continue our mission of revolutionizing how data is used in the workplace to improve team performance. You'll have the opportunity to make an important and lasting impact! While we'd prefer a full time designer, we're also open to working on a contract basis.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Design user flows, interfaces, data visualizations and prototypes that bring clarity to complex problems.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to iterate on design solutions from beginning to end.
• Create detailed prototypes and workflows
• Contribute to and help evolve a robust design system
• Be an advocate for usability and user needs

REQUIREMENTS:

• Attention to detail
• Strong interaction and visual design skills
• Excellent prototyping skills
• Experience building design systems and components in Figma
• Experience doing user research and leading usability tests
• At least 4+ years of experience

BONUS:

• Experience designing for B2B SaaS products.
• Experience designing data visualizations
