The Role

Regional Sales VP identifies opportunities to sell SurgeryLink’s service to all stakeholders in the surgery planning and collaboration process. End users will include: surgeon practices, hospitals, surgery centers, device manufactures and other surgery service providers.   He/she will be responsible for developing relationships with and marketing SurgeryLink’s service within the various departments, influences, and decision makers within those groups. Applicant experience should include some understanding of the surgery planning and coordination processes. Previous work experience may include: medical device sales, surgery service provider sales, general healthcare sales, IT sales, surgery scheduling, or substantial general business background.

Position requires purchase of SurgeryLink common stock. Stock purchase is initially in form of an interest bearing convertible loan which becomes common stock at fundraising.   Convertible Loan amount depends on compensation.  General rule of thumb is loan amount is twice annual compensation.
