Our Marketing leaders build out our channels for customers that want to keep their vehicles safe and maximize the life of their vehicle tires
What you do
As a fast-growing company, our roles are always evolving. However, we want you to know exactly what you're walking into. As the Lead Marketing Manager you will lead cross-functional teams and initiatives - from as small as feature enhancements to as large as the launch of new services and or products - along with drive product education and adoption. You will be hyper-focused on the external customer - creating content, testing and iterating it - mining insights in order to inform how to best serve and engage them using the product. In this role, you can expect to:
- Distill technical knowledge into consumer appropriate content & disseminate across multiple audiences & channels
- Project manage all go-to-market activities in a timely manner
- Create & maintain internal/external (PR, Blogs, Newsletter, Help Articles etc.) stakeholder communication using various tools
- Conduct Case Studies with customers and collaborate cross functionally to execute and publish
- Create Sales Enablement collateral
- Manage participation and collateral for events like trade shows, panels, and conference presence
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to drive Retention and Expansion
- Execute, analyze and share out Product Market fit results focusing on key, actionable, insights
- Conduct ongoing market research in order to identity customer behavior and marketing trends
Required Skills
- 5+ years working in marketing or product marketing
- Previous background in B2B marketing, preferably with experience in fleet apps/technologies or startups
- Experience working with product teams to define product strategy
- Strong quantitative analytical ability and excellent written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable in a face-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment
- Genuine interest in and curiosity in helping start-up businesses succeed
- Working knowledge of tools such as Asana and HubSpot

Prior startup experience
Experience in the telematics or automotive/tire industry
