Senior Software Engineer

Introduction:
Joining our established multi-disciplinary engineering team you will be working on our cloud-based SaaS platform to further enhance and develop our market leading product in the fast growing flexible mobility space.

You will need to be self motivated and someone who thrives on taking ownership and solving complex problems in a fast-paced agile environment.

Key Duties:
• Contribute to the design, architecture and development of our exciting and market leading product.
• Follow agile methodologies and techniques to support the software development lifecycle.
• Identify, explore and implement improvements to services or system components
• Develop new features and applications whilst also supporting the rollout and deployment of existing.
• Mentoring and supporting other members of the team including sharing best practices to enhance the quality and efficiency of developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential
• Experience developing and delivering C#/.Net web applications (including .Net core).
• Experience with distributed systems.
• Good knowledge of software design patterns, architecture and best practices.
• Cloud application development and deployment (preferably Azure).
• Strong troubleshooting/debugging skills (including cloud based distributed systems).
• Experience with SQL and Entity Framework.

Desired
• Software security knowledge.
• OAuth and OpenID Connect.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in Front end development such as Typescript/SCSS/HTML/Angular/Aurelia
