Your responsibilities

• You are a key part in shaping vision and mission of Flinkit
• As a co-founder, you take a central role in devising the company’s strategy and execute on it together with your co-founders
• Take responsibility in our fundraising efforts together with the CEO
• Build a stellar team that has a lasting impact
• Take on scaling operations across all departments as we conquer new verticals and geographies

Your profile

• You are an entrepreneur who excels on both highest level strategy and lowest level execution
• Taking decisions under pressure is your strong suit
• You have a true growth mindset
• 5+ years of working experience, with 2+ years in management
• Your experience covers management of processes and operations
• You spent some part of your career in digital companies
• Degree in business management, economics or MINT
• English or German as mother language
