Head of Operations (w/m/d)

We are looking for a highly motivated Head of Operations supporting our venture L-COMPLEX in its next growth phase.

Tasks

• Managing company’s daily operations
• Setting goals for operations and growth, supervising the achievement of these goals
• Overseeing supply chain, sales & growth strategy
• Identifying industry trends and possible process improvements
• Attending relevant events and conferences

Qualitfications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Prior experience in e-commerce
• Operation and business development skills are important
• Analytical & process optimization skills
• Fluent in English, German is a big plus
