About the role:
As an Account Executive at Kevala, you will play a pivotal role in our outbound efforts to engage with future customers while helping to build our brand. You will act as the voice and face of Kevala and be a trusted advisor to the healthcare organizations we partner with. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, like meeting new people, conquering new challenges, and helping our partner organizations to thrive, then Kevala is the place for you.
What You'll Do:
- Open up new markets for Kevala, targeting clinics, skilled nursing, senior living, and community hospitals for our SaaS platform and healthcare talent marketplace
- Advise community administrators, executive directors, and regional operations leaders on proactive ways to more effectively address the staffing crisis
- Balance outbound activities and inbound requests to prospect, contract, close and onboard Kevala sales targets
- Present Kevala’s products and solutions to customer prospects
- Attend regional trade shows, representing Kevala and our brand
- Leverage CRM to capture and report on all activity and market feedback
- Advise leadership on emerging market dynamics
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of sales experience (SaaS sales a huge plus)
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales quotas
- A self-starter with the drive and ambition to identify and open up new business opportunities
- Strong ability to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and self-management skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- The desire to help build a business and participate in its success!
