About the role
FinMapp is looking for an experienced Content Writer who can write clear, compelling & customer centric copies which excite and empathise with users.Also, if you are never out of script & communication ideas which makes our user think and feel a certain way then this role is for you.

Experience :
3-4 years (Required)
Education: graduate in Journalism or Media / MBA in Marketing or Finance
Primary roles and responsibilities:
This role requires you to be logical and strategic. You should know the why behind each word and it needs to be persuasive instead of adding to the noise.
Develop creative and compelling copy to market FinMapp which includes but not limited to social media ads and posts, emails, SMSs, google ads, website etc.
The person could handle the post engagement activities as well as the In app notifications.
Defining our brand's tone of voice and expressing it through different mediums and channels.
Translate marketing objectives into creative narration, to ensure brand and business objectives are met.
Ability to form & change customer’s perception and behaviour with clear empathetic communication.
Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to manage content delivery as per schedule and timeline.
Mandatory skills:
Excellent communication (written & oral skills) and interpersonal skills.
Strong research skills and ability to convert insights & hypotheses into copies.
Understanding of digital and social channels and their use in marketing.
Editorial mindset with an ability to understand what users consume.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver as per the timelines.
Prior writing experience in the Fintech Industry is preferred.
Has Strong understanding of financial products and services.
Other Skills:
Quick learner, adaptable to changing business needs.
Ability to multi-task and sustain in a high-pressure startup environment.
