ROLE
Execute the functions of Customer Acquisition & Retention by working closely with COO for execution of the Sales plan. Focussing on Customer Engagement (Onboarding + Retention). Drive the company’s Targets & establishing of the brand.
Assist with PR exercises.
RESPONSIBLITIES :
Planning : Closely work with COO in building customer base to ensure a strong presence in the market.
Execution : Achieve sales and growth targets. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs,
Do periodic Competitor analysis to identify threats and opportunities, Provide inputs to prepare annual sales budget plans and schedule expenditures.
Inter department Coordination : Coordinate with Supply Chain In charge to plan and execute product delivery plan.
Training & Development : Support the management in cross functional training of staff of other departments.
Reporting : Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to COO
Strategic Input : Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends. Be fully aware of new products and competition status. Identify emerging markets and market shifts.
