Sr Software Engineer - Backend

Roles and Responsibilities:

-Create Architecture from scratch
-Collaborate extensively with product managers, designers, and engineers to develop product features
-Produce high-quality maintainable code, test it, collaboratively review it and ship it
-Identify areas to improve and scale our architecture and application design
-Develop tools and utilities to diagnose and fix problems
-Create proper technical design and documentation

Your Profile:

-Bachelor's/Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
-4+ years experience shipping high-scale code to production
-Fluent in at least one language (e.g., JavScript, Python, Ruby, Go, or Java)
-Possess strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, database concepts, distributed systems.
-Good Functional and OO Programming skills
-Strong communicator: effectively explain complex technical concepts to designers, support members, and other engineers
-Experience with logging, monitoring and alerting systems and tools
-Good understanding of search, streaming, database or other backend technologies
