Engineering Manager/Lead Engineer - Decentralized Application Software Development

We are a decentralized finance cryptocurrency company looking for a specialized blockchain software development lead/manager to help develop and maintain cutting-edge decentralized applications in a fast-paced business environment.

This role combines software development, developing software pipeline infrastructure, team building and team management. You will be involved in various aspects of our dapp development process that aims to take ideas from concept to finished product. This includes writing smart contracts, QA testing, creating documentation, developing a modern software pipeline, and more.

Responsibilities

· Build and manage a small team of software developers, delegating a variety of these reponsibilities to your team.

· Participate in developing a software pipeline and guidelines for consistently producing quality code

· Translate requirements into complicated but clean and gas efficient smart contract code to exist on the blockchain

· Work with the team to plan for complex project implementations

· Develop timelines and determine project milestones

· QA testing including creating manual and automated tests and validation procedures to assure quality code

· Produce documentation when necessary

· Maintain existing systems on an ongoing basis for our partners/clients.

· Build documentation, systems and best practices to help us scale

· Ability to fill various other tasks as needed in a startup environment as need
