The Role

The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele.

Responsibilities
Work with team members on the call / floor to meet sales with effective performance goals
Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ingoing calls as well as follow up information and outcomes along with answering incoming calls from prospective customers
Meet or exceed projected weekly, monthly & quarterly sales goals
Delivering scripted talks that describe the company’s products or services, a political talking point in order to convince and sell the proposed services
Explaining the benefits of technology, need of technology and the value company can add by offering services 9series has.
Answering customer information about some basic questions related to different ideas and technologies
Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
Regular following up on previous customers for potential sales
Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers
Accurately document the customer's personal information including phone number, address and other order information in a pree guided format.
Persuasively engage the customer in conversation to explain how our services will add value to their lives and meet their needs
Ask relevant leading questions to understand the customer's needs and recommend the best product or service for their purposes
Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell services, products or solutions
Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Convert prospect / lead into sales with setting up the appointments or making closure
Use popular telemarketing software and be upgraded on a regular basis as per market trends.

Qualifications for Telemarketer
Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Extremely positive
Proficient in English, knowledge with Spanish will be an advantage
Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
Persistent and results-oriented
Speed with accuracy in typing
Patient and able to handle customer rejection
Basic knowledge into information technology industry
