Job Description
Prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline.
The end-to-end revenue generation under the Mid-market & enterprise sales wing at CareMe Health
Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual bookings goals.
Use industry trends to understand customer pain points and tailor solutions based on customer needs.
Conduct meetings with C-suite and speak as a leader in this space.
Drive the adoption of sales methodologies
Be an active participant in delivering the Sales Kick-off
Representing company for mid-market & enterprise sales' offerings in the external market
Becoming an expert in Corporate health benefits, wellness, and primary healthcare
Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years in enterprise sales -- startup or early stage company experience
Uses a consultative and solution/value selling approach to closing new business.
Gathers in-depth knowledge of client’s business, organizational structure, and business processes to grow sales.
Able to multitask and manage various projects spanning multiple stakeholders
Excellent presentation skills - able to keep the audience engaged in a virtual environment with a great storytelling ability and with good-looking visuals
