What Will You Do:

• We are looking for Software Engineers who has experience in building innovative, mission critical, high volume applications and services
• Will have a great opportunity to make a large impact on the design, architecture, and implementation of cutting-edge products used every day
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of key system features
• Will work with other team members to investigate design approaches, prototype new technology and evaluate technical feasibility
• Will work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high quality system
• Will establish architectural principles, select design patterns and mentor team members
• Work on really challenging problems, and interact with customers, to see the impact of your efforts

Basic Qualification

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2+ years of experience in building successful production software systems
• Strong in Computer Science fundamentals and core areas like Problem Solving, Data Structures, Algorithms and Complexity Analysis
• Deep technical expertise into the latest software development tools and frameworks
• Experience in building applications using Android mobile using React Native framework
• Experience in backend technology Go, NodeJS, Python
• Experience in Micro Services implementation
• Experience with data modelling for NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
• Bring valuable expertise in AWS / Azure / GCP cloud services, experience with one of the cloud service providers
• Practitioner of in-depth professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Experience in automation of testing process
• Experience building large-scale software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
• Experience in communicating with users, software development engineering teams, and management, describe software product features and technical designs

Preferred Qualification

• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior software engineers in performing their engineering duties
• Experience with web application security such as identity, authentication, and authorisation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially the ability to deliver high quality documents
• Excellence in technical communication with peers and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience influencing software engineer best practices within the team
